And he will turn the heart
of the fathers to the children
and the heart
of the children to their fathers
Malachi 4:6a

By the grace of God

But none of these things move me;
nor do I count my life dear to myself;
so that I may finish my race with joy,
and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus,
to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
Acts 20:24

But one thing I do,
forgetting those things which are behind
and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
I press toward the goal for the prize
of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:13b-14

Only one life
‘Twill soon be past
Only what’s done
With Christ will last

Unless the LORD builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the LORD guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain.
Psalm 127:1
For without Me you can do nothing.
John 15:5b

Kerwin Stover and his beautiful bride, Katherine, have been married for over 33 years and are blessed to be the parents of four adult children and two sons-in-law, all of whom love the Lord. Six uniquely customized grand-kids (special, one-of-a-kind) help fill their lives with good things. They home-schooled for 23 years and live outside of Loveland, Colorado, the “sweetheart city,” near the heart of the Rockies.

Kerwin has had a heart for dads since he became one in 1979, while serving as Minister of Education and Youth at a Lutheran church in Michigan. He hopes this site will inspire and further equip you to be the “best dad in the world” to your kids.
