Scripture affirms God as Creator in 16 of the 37 Old Testament books, and 13 of the 29 New Testament books. 29 out 66 books (44%) make references to creation. Outside of Genesis 1 and 2, we find that God created:
the earth, its foundations, and everything on it;
the seas, and all that is in them;
the water and dry land;
light and darkness;
the sun, moon and stars, the host of heaven;
the constellations Orion, Pleiades, and the Bear;
the days, the Sabbath Day, the week, the month and year;
summer and winter;
north and south.
the beasts and all living things;
man, male and female;
the mouth, the ear, and the eye;
and foods to be received with thanksgiving.
Jacob, Israel, and everyone called by His name;
angels, thrones, dominions, principalities and powers.
God created ALL THINGS, visible and invisible!
How did He do it? Scripture says:
He spoke it;
He commanded it;
by His will;
by the breath of His mouth;
He sent forth His Spirit;
He spread out and stretched out and planted the heavens,
and laid the foundations of the earth;
through understanding and wisdom and knowledge;
through power, great power;
with an outstretched arm, with His hands, with His fingers;
And, He did it all,
